HOA Financial Disclosure Documents

The State of New Mexico requires a New Mexico chartered Certified Public Accountant to prepare annual audited financial statements for any homeowners association of 100, or more, properties. The Rancho San Lucas Homeowners Association, Inc. is composed of 29 lots and is exempt from the State’s external audit requirement.
