Assessments & Fines

The Rancho San Lucas HOA, Inc. schedule of Assessments and Fines, effective March 30, 2023 can be found here.  Assessments and fines are subject to change from time to time so please insure you have the latest copy.

The Rancho San Lucas Home Owner’s Association, Inc.’s Annual General Assessment is $1,000.00 (per property parcel) to be paid by the date of the Annual Meeting each year. Invoices are sent via electronic mail by December 15th of each year for the following year’s dues. Payment is due within 30 days from invoicing, and after 60 days they are considered deliquent.

A portion of the Annual Assessment is paid to the Spur Ranch Road Association for maintenance of Spur Ranch Road. The remaining funds are used for maintenance of Camino San Jorge and Camino San Lucas as well as expenses of the Association. A three-year budget is presented by the Board at the Annual Meeting each year. The budget and other financial information can be found on the HOA Documents page.

The Annual Assessment should be paid by check made payable to “Rancho San Lucas HOA, Inc.“. Please indicate your property address on your check. Checks may be brought in person to the Annual Meeting or mailed to the following address:
